The «Digital Deal» application, hereinafter referred to as the Application, is provided and maintained by Digital Deal LLC, hereinafter referred to as the Company, being the developer of a mobile application and document signing service, aggregating the process of obtaining electronic signatures from Certification Centers, unconditionally recognizes the importance of maintaining the secrecy of services and applications user’s personal data.
Precisely for this reason information from Android and iOS devices is collected by applications or software libraries developed by our Company solely with the consent of the end user.
Before installing and using the Application, please review this Privacy Policy carefully to understand the policies and practices regarding user information and how it is used and collected.
Downloading and using the Application in any part of it constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.

Biometric authentication is the process of using Apple TouchID / Apple FaceID / Android Biometry API technologies to gain access to certain functionality of a mobile device.

The above information is collected only while the Application is running. No information is collected or transmitted in the background.
The Internet connection is used by the Application and its libraries solely for the purpose of performing the main function - confirming the User’s operations in various information systems. Information about the operations themselves is not stored by the Application and its libraries.
Phone data (SIM card, modem, etc.) is used by the Application solely to analyze the immutability of the device from which the User performs confirmations. This data is necessary to analyze and reduce the risks of illegal operations in information systems.
The «Digital Deal» application is an integral part of the system of the DSS electronic signature service provider.
DSS services provided by providers are subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, and personal data practices.
If you want to change the device on which the Application will be used, you can use the Google Drive (for Android) or iCloud (for iOS) data backup functionality provided by the Application. In this case, the relevant services will receive the information that will be sent to them. The sent information is not the User’s Personal Data, but solely a set of data for restoring Key Information.
The application will have access to only the information necessary to restore Key Information on the new device.

The User's personal data is not stored or processed by the Application and its libraries.
To reduce the risk of illegal transactions, Users are given the opportunity to further protect access to confirm transactions with a Password or using Biometric Authentication. The protection method is chosen directly by the User.
The User is recommended to set and use a Password or Biometric Authentication to unlock the Mobile Device itself for additional security.
The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior warning or consent of the User.
The date of the last change to the Privacy Policy is indicated at the end of this paragraph. It is the responsibility of the user to periodically visit this Privacy Policy page to check for and/or review any changes.
The User's continued use of the Application after changes are made to the Privacy Policy is considered the User's unconditional acceptance of these changes.
Therefore, please check the Application periodically for updates to the Privacy Policy.
In case of disagreement with changes in the terms of collection, processing and use of data, the User has the right to unilaterally stop using the Application and remove the Application from the device.
